You do not need to register before placing an order. You may register as soon as you have finished shopping, or check out as a Guest. Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases.
You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise.
You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We'll keep track of the items you've already place in your shopping bag so that when you return, you will not have to re-select the items again. Note that placing items to your shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.

You will receive your orders within 3-5 working days (local orders), 22-25 Days (international orders) upon order placement.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.
If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add info@generator-warehouse.com to your safe sender list.
You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.
Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.
RETURN & TAX
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 60 days of its shipment date and we will credit you for the entire amount of your order less the shipping charges. Exchanges can also be made within 60 days of the shipment date.
You are responsible for any return shipping fees and/or package insurance. Please complete our Return Form and send your return or exchange to:

We do not require a "return authorization," but you may wish to contact us if you have any questions about a return or exchange. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value and obtain a package tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange.
Please keep all packaging materials, manuals, warranties and accessories intact. Products with missing or severely damaged packaging, manuals, warranties or accessories will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for damage to items resulting from improper use not in accordance with listed directions or established practice.
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy of that bill or receipt. Once received, please keep the original package, and please keep all packing materials and parts intact. Please contact our Customer Service Department by email at support@generator-warehouse.com.com within 10-14 bussiness days after receiving a damaged shipment.
If you believe an order has been lost in transit, please contact our Customer Service Department by email at info@generator-warehouse.com, as soon as you believe that a shipment has been lost in transit.
Some products offered on our site are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. A copy of a specific warranty, where one is offered by a manufacturer, will be made available for inspection before sale upon request. To obtain a copy of a manufacturer's warranty before sale, if one is available, contact us by email or by telephone at +603 6241 3227.
All claims made under a manufacturer's warranty must be made directly to the manufacturer.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 5-20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Generator Warehouse cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment from Generator Warehouse, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Generator Warehouse. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
Yes, all international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees.
