The Generac Upgradeable Integrated Meter Transfer Switch - 150A, 120/240, 1P, NEMA 3R is a low-cost solution for home builders to make a new home generator-ready. The unique design saves installation time and labor by providing an easy path for upgrading to a Generac Automatic Transfer Switch. The all-in-one design meets NEC emergency disconnect requirements and reduces overall clutter on the home's exterior for a cleaner, more appealing aesthetic.

Standard Features:

• This service rated RBU integrated meter main is housed in an aluminum NEMA Type 3R enclosure, with electrostatically applied and baked powder paint. A horn bypass, a 4 jaw meter socket, and a ringless type cover comes standard. Optional accessories, such as ring type covers and 5th jaws, are avail- able to meet local requirements. The design includes a 200 Amp circuit breaker rated 22 kA at 240 VAC. An upgrade kit featuring an ETL recognized Gen- erac open transition contactor is available for converting the meter main into a service rated automatic transfer switch. All upgradeable integrated meter transfer switches are covered by a 5 year limited warranty.

Load Management Technology:

• Through the use of the integrated Smart A/C Module (SACM), these switches are able to manage up to four individual HVAC (24 VAC controlled) loads with no additional hardware. When used in tandem with external Smart Management Modules (SMM), a total of eight additional loads can be managed, providing the most installation efficient power management options available.
