The Makita LXT® Cordless Residential Lawn Mower Kit includes 18 Volt X2 (36 Volt) LXT® residential lawn mower (XML05Z), 18 Volt LXT® Lithium-Ion dual port charger (DC18RD), grass catcher bag (162681-9), 17" lawn mower blade (191D43-8) and two 18 Volt LXT® Lithium-Ion 5.0 Ah battery (BL1850B). The lawn mower produces zero emissions, lower noise and reduced maintenance. The mower uses two 18 Volt LXT® batteries for continuous operation, and the 4-bay battery system holds four batteries for twice the run time. It is equipped with Makita built motor to deliver up to 3600 RPM for faster cutting. The compact 18" deck is well suitable for detailed landscaping, while the 17" cutting width provides optimal performance. It has a single lever that adjusts the cutting height 13/16" to 3" quickly, a soft start feature that offers smooth start-ups and longer gear life, and a soft rubberized grip handle for increased comfort. Ball bearings in the wheels offer a smoother drive with better maneuverability and longer endurance. The mower features Makita Extreme Protection Technology (XPT™), a protective seal inside the tool to safeguard tools from water and dust. Integrated XPT™ technology is engineered for improved operation in harsh conditions by channeling water and dust from key internal components. This 18 Volt battery assures fastest charge time, while ensuring that you get back to the jobsite quicker. This mower features Star Protection Computer Controls™ communication technology, which facilitates tool and battery to exchange data in real time. The Star Protection technology also monitors conditions while in use to safeguard against overloading, over discharging, and overheating. Grass catcher bag holds up to 1.4 bushels of grass.
