It is packed with ease-of-use features like quick height adjustments, mulching capability, and a commercial-grade steel deck for increased convenience. The mower features Makita Extreme Protection Technology (XPT™), a protective seal inside the tool to safeguard tool from water and dust. This XPT™ technology is engineered for improved operation in harsh conditions by channeling water and dust from key internal components. This 18 Volt battery assures fastest charge time, while ensuring that users get back to the task-at-hander quicker. This mower features Star Protection Computer Controls™ communication technology, which facilitates tool and battery to exchange data in real time. The Star Protection technology also monitors conditions while in use to safeguard against overloading, over discharging, and overheating. The mower includes a mulching plug (127515-3), 18 Inch lawn mower blade (191D51-9), and a grass catcher bag (127505-6). This grass catcher bag holds up to 1.7 bushels of grass.
